At Critical Hit!, we aim to deliver your orders quickly and securely. Please review the information below for details on our shipping process.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. International shipping is not available at this time.

Shipping Method

All orders are shipped using Royal Mail Tracked 48. A tracking number will be sent to you automatically once your order has been dispatched.

Processing & Dispatch Times

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Pre-order items will ship on or around the estimated release date listed in the product description. If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, they will be shipped together once all items are available.

Packaging

We ensure your order is packaged securely using toploaders, protective mailers, and rigid boxes to protect your items from bending and transit damage.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on Royal Mail’s current pricing. Free UK Shipping is available on all orders over £75.

Delays, Lost Mail & Damaged Items

Once your order has been passed to Royal Mail, delays caused by the carrier are outside our control. Claims for lost parcels can only be made for tracked services (including Royal Mail Tracked 48). If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can help. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or errors caused by the carrier, but we will always assist where possible.

Combined Orders

If you place multiple orders before dispatch, we will combine them where possible. Any excess postage paid will be refunded.

Returns

We accept returns on sealed products only, provided they are unopened, in original condition, and returned within 14 days of delivery. We do not accept returns on single cards unless they arrive damaged or faulty. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective.
