Do you buy or trade cards?
70% cash | 80% trade value
These rates may vary depending on factors such as rarity, card condition, and market fluctuations.
If you'd like a quote, please contact us with clear photos or a list of the cards you’d like to sell or trade.
Do you ship internationally?
No. We currently shipwithin the United Kingdom only.
What shipping method do you use?
All orders are shipped usingRoyal Mail Tracked 48. A tracking number is provided once your order has been dispatched.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are dispatched within1–2 business days, and Royal Mail Tracked 48 typically delivers within2–3 working daysafter dispatch.
How are my cards packaged?
We use toploaders, protective mailers, and rigid boxes to ensure your items are secure and protected from transit damage.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes we offerfree UK shipping on orders over £75.
Do you combine shipping if I place multiple orders?
Yes. If your orders have not yet been dispatched, we will combine them where possible. Any excess postage paid will be refunded.
What happens if my order is delayed or lost?
Once handed to Royal Mail, delivery times are outside our control. Lost parcel claims can only be made for tracked services, including Royal Mail Tracked 48.
If you believe your order is lost, please contact us so we can help investigate.
My order arrived damaged, what do I do?
Please email us within48 hoursof delivery with clear photos of the damage, and we will assist you.
Do you accept returns?
We accept returns onsealed products only, provided they are unopened, in original condition, and returned within14 days.
Single cardscannotbe returned unless they arrived damaged or faulty.
Can I return a pre-order?
Yes, as long as the item is still sealed and in original condition. Please note that cancellations may not be possible close to release day.
Do you offer cancellations?
Cancellations may be possiblebefore your order has shipped. Pre-order cancellations may depend on supplier commitments, please contact us as soon as possible.
